It is the mission of the La Crosse Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Inc. (HMAA) to act as an educational and charitable organization that provides cultural, educational, economic and social services to refugees, former refugees and other ethnic groups in the greater
La Crosse area. The vision of the HMAA is to help clients become fully self sufficient individuals.
